Server Offenses

Rule	Explanation	Punishment
Metagaming	Mixing out of character information with in character information	Fine 1% of the total wealth, if he/she's below the $1000. Then, it's a $100 per level
Deathmatching	Killing a player without a valid in character reason	15 minutes Prison, a warn might be issued if repeated (High Leveled Players get warned for DM'ing.)
Spawn Killing	Killing a player who just spawned at a location specifically at hospitals	15 minutes Prison, a warn might be issued if repeated (High Leveled Players get warned for SK'ing.)
Revenge Killing	Killing a player who has just killed you	15 minutes Prison, a warn might be issued if repeated (High Leveled Players get warned for RK'ing.)
Heliblade	Using your helicopter blades to kill somebody or a group of people with no in character reason	15 minutes Prison, a warn might be issued if repeated (High Leveled Players get warned for HB'ing.)
Plane Bomb	Bombing your plane at somebody or a group of people for no in character reason	15 minutes Prison, a warn might be issued if repeated (High Leveled Players get warned for PB'ing.)
Car Ramming	Using your vehicle to ram somebody with no in character reason	15 minutes Prison, a warn might be issued if repeated (High Leveled Players get warned for CR'ing.)
Car Parking	Using your vehicle to ram somebody till death with in character reason	15 minutes Prison, a warn might be issued if repeated (High Leveled Players get warned for CP'ing)
Power Gaming	Forcing roleplay with somebody or trying to roleplay any kind of impossible roleplay	15 minutes Prison, a warn might be issued if repeated (High Leveled Players get warned for PG'ing.)
Ninja Jacking	Using vehicle bugs to kill somebody once you're entering the vehicle	15 minutes Prison, a warn might be issued if repeated (High Leveled Players get warned for NJ'ing.)
Gun Exploits	Any kind of gun exploits including the following: 1- Crack Shooting 2- Cbugging 3- Quick Swapping (Allowed with Shotgun) 4- Quick Shooting	15 minutes Prison, a warn might be issued if repeated (High Leveled Players get warned for any kind of exploits)
Spamming	Repeating the same thing more than three times without a valid IC reason	Fine 1% of the total wealth a prison time might be issued
Robbing level 1 players	Robbing any player who's level one	15 minutes Prison, warning might issued
OOC Contracts	Contracting somebody without knowing their name in characterly or being with them in a several situation which gives a reason to contract them	15 minutes Prison, a warn might be issued, fine double the Out of character contract
Faction Rules	Explanation	Punishment
Abusing faction vehicles, commands or weapons	Using your faction vehicles, commands or weapons in a wrong way which isn't allowed out of characterly.	Faction Kick, 15 minutes prison, warning
Faction Tension	Any kind of roleplay which shows a bad image of the faction, kills any other faction member from the same faction (Departmental Factions aren't allowed to kill each other)	Faction Kick, 15 minutes prison, warning
Rush Tazing 	Using your tazer without roleplaying or tazing somebody who's holding a weapon in hand without a roleplay valid reason	Faction Kick, 15 minutes prison, warning
Gang Rules	Explanation	Punishment
Mass Recruitting	Inviting somebody to the gang without any kind of roleplay or testing them (Testing Rules will  be added to the gang information & discussion)	Ban from holding a gang leader rank (R5+) If a rank 6, then a gang strike.
Three members rulebreaking at  one situation	Three members are prisoned on 1 situation for rulebreaking	Gang Strike
Lag Capping 	Capping while being bugged/desynced/ in another VW/lagging alot.	Ban from holding a gang leader rank (R5+) If a rank 6, then a gang strike.
Gang Slot Vandilaization	Vandilizing a gang slot	Ban from holding a gang leader rank (R5+) If a rank 6, then a gang strike
